Terms of Service.

By applying to or participating in Arklife Cohort Zero, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit an application. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Arklife ("we", "us", "our").

Arklife provides a quarterly health intelligence program comprising: at-home blood biomarker testing (50+ markers), protocol development and clinician review, a personalized supplement protocol (member sources supplements themselves; optional doorstep fulfillment of recommended third-party brands available on request), wearable data analysis, and causal effect verification.

The service is currently offered to a maximum of 30 Cohort Zero members across India.

You must be 18 years or older and resident in India to participate. You must own or acquire a supported wearable device (Apple Watch or Whoop; Oura Ring and Garmin coming soon) within 30 days of program commencement if you do not already have one.

Cohort Zero is priced at ₹8,999 per quarter, billed quarterly in advance. This covers one at-home blood panel, clinical review, the personalized protocol, wearable analysis, the Arklife app, and quarterly retest coordination. Supplements are not included and are billed separately if the member opts into doorstep fulfillment.

Payment is due before each quarter begins. Accepted methods will be confirmed via email following application approval.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The quarterly rate is locked for Cohort Zero founding members forever.

Cohort Zero requires a 6-month minimum commitment. This is a scientific requirement: the closed loop (test → protocol → track → retest → verdict) takes two quarterly cycles to complete meaningfully. Early cancellation forfeits the ability to receive a causal verdict.

After 6 months, membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partially used quarters.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you do not comply with the program protocol after reasonable notice and opportunity to remedy.

Arklife is a health optimization and monitoring service. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

While every protocol is reviewed by a licensed clinician, that review is in the context of optimization and prevention — not primary care. If your results indicate a condition requiring medical treatment, we will advise you to seek appropriate medical care.

Arklife does not manufacture supplements. The protocol recommends specific third-party brands selected for third-party testing (Certificate of Analysis) and dose accuracy. Members may purchase those supplements directly from the brand, from any source they trust, or opt into doorstep fulfillment through Arklife at additional cost.

We make no claim that any supplement will produce specific health outcomes. The causal verification component reports whether a supplement appears to have produced a measurable effect in your specific data. This is not a medical claim.

Clinician-prescribed dose and timing apply regardless of where the member sources the product. You are responsible for disclosing known allergies, medications, and contraindications during onboarding.

The Arklife platform, analysis engine, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Arklife. Your health data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your biomarker data or wearable data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arklife shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We will notify active members by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
