Arklife ("we", "us", "our") is a health intelligence platform operating in India. We provide causal health analysis through blood biomarker testing, wearable data integration, and personalized supplement protocols.

Identity data — name, email address, phone number collected during waitlist application.

Health data — blood biomarker results from quarterly at-home panels. This is processed health data under applicable Indian law and given heightened protection.

Wearable data — health and activity metrics from supported wearables (currently Apple HealthKit and Whoop; Oura Ring and Garmin coming soon), used to inform your protocol and causal analysis.

Usage data — app interactions logged for debugging and product improvement.

We use your data exclusively to deliver the Arklife service: running your supplement protocol, generating causal analysis, producing quarterly health reports, and communicating with you about your program.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with supplement brands or third-party marketers.

Anonymized, aggregated insights (never personally identifiable) may be used to improve protocol design across the cohort.

Clinical review — your blood results are reviewed by a licensed clinician as part of the service. They operate under professional confidentiality obligations.

Lab partner — a NABL-accredited lab and its phlebotomist perform your at-home blood draw and run the assay. They receive your name, contact details, and biological sample under their own regulatory and privacy obligations.

AI processing — protocol drafting, biomarker interpretation, and conversational features use third-party AI providers under data processing agreements. These providers do not train their models on Arklife customer data.

Supplement fulfillment — if you opt into doorstep delivery of recommended supplements, we share your shipping address and order details with a third-party logistics partner for that purpose only. If you self-source supplements, no fulfillment data is shared.

Service providers — we use trusted third-party processors (hosting, database, email) under data processing agreements. They have no right to use your data for their own purposes.

Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We retain your health and program data for the duration of your membership plus 3 years, to support any clinical review or program continuity. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will delete or anonymize all personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to team members who need it to run your protocol. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and withdraw consent for optional uses (such as case study participation). Contact hello@arklife.bio to exercise any of these rights.

Arklife is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will notify active members by email before any material changes take effect. The current version is always posted at this URL.
